Unfortunately, no. Due to heightened security, The Forge Bagel Co. has decided to be fully cashless for the safety of our staff and customers. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as contactless payments like Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

We have 7 "The Forge" reserved parking stalls by our main entrance. There are also 4 "Visitor" parking stalls in the same parking area. If these spots are filled, there is additional street parking on Compark Road, one block further south off St. Anne’s Road.

Yes, we have inside seating for 18 guests.

Yes, we do. Gift cards are available for purchase both in-store and online. You can purchase an e-gift card anytime through our online ordering platform.

Unfortunately, we don’t. We have too much risk for cross-contamination since all our products are made with flour. We want our products to be safe for those that consume them

Since we have a small bakery, cross contamination is a real concern for safety. We can advise you which products may contain allergens, but any product can become cross contaminated at any time (or may contain contaminants from our raw ingredient suppliers). For the sake of your safety, if you have any food borne allergy, we DO NOT RECOMMEND consuming ANY of our products.

Unfortunately, no. Since we use egg wash on all our Polishire bagels, none of our bagels would qualify as vegan.

Yes, we offer some lactose-free lifts and some bagels are naturally lactose-free because we do not use dairy in some of our recipes.

At this time, we are only offering in-person ordering and pickup from our location. In the future, we will be offering order ahead and later, car hop service to those that wait in our lot or on Compark Road.

Not at this time. In 2026, we will be expanding our offering to include additional products for corporate catering. 

For opening, our menu focuses on our core products of Polishire bagels, lifts, and Anvil coffee. As we continue to fine tune our processes, we will be adding delicious breakfast and lunch items.
